🛑 Cancellation Policy

  • User-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel your order or booking within [6] hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been processed or fulfilled.
  • Event Registrations / Subscriptions:
    • Cancellations [1 days] before the event or renewal are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations within [12 hours] of the event or post-renewal are not eligible for a refund.
  • Digital Products / Services: Once accessed or delivered, cancellations are not permitted.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only issued if:
    • Service was not delivered
    • Product was defective or incorrect
    • Billing error occurred
  • Refund Process:
    • Submit requests via email or in-app support
    • Refunds processed within [5–7 business days]
  • Non-Refundable Items: Service fees, third-party charges, and in-app credits are not refundable.
